Although the store is always open and orders may be placed anytime, you will get very limited phone support during December, 24th, 25th and 26th as well as December 31st, January 1st and January 2nd. Of course, emails can be sent anytime and they will all be answered as first in, first served. No shipping will occur during the same period of time because, well, we need some rest and need to see our family too!
